The Pitt Lab is a cultural and technical melting pot for cancer genomics data science. We embrace our complementary experiences, diverse skill sets, and shared passion to drive world-class research. Genuine and motivated individuals are encouraged to join our efforts to improve human lives through enhanced understanding, treatment, and prevention of cancer.

We are actively seeking Postdoctoral Fellows, Ph.D. students, and Interns (undergraduate or graduate). We welcome individuals with backgrounds in genomics, bioinformatics, computer science, statistics, and/or artificial intelligence. Selected applicants will be directly mentored by Dr. Jason Pitt in addition to working closely with Pitt Lab members, other CSI research teams, and industrial collaborators. Depending on experience and track record, new lab members have the option to craft their own research project(s) or join an existing project that matches their interests.

We strongly prefer incoming Staff, Postdoctoral Fellows, and Interns to have moderate to advanced programming or data analysis skills. Ph.D. students with minimal to no computational expertise but a strong drive to learn will still be considered. Ph.D. opportunities are available through the CSI Graduate Program or the NUS School of Medicine Graduate Program.
